
STRETCH #3 – STANDING SIDE BEND STRETCH
Standing upright – you lean SLIGHTLY to the right and raise your left arm up and over the top of your head. You then lean SLIGHTLY to the left raising your right arm up over the top of your head. This stretch accomplishes two things. Because you are leaning slightly you are not jamming joints in the lower back together causing pain and because you lift your arm up and over the head you get the much needed stretch.
STRETCH #4 – ROLL FORWARD STRETCH
Standing upright curl your neck with your chin toward your chest. Then continue that curl with your neck with your chin toward your chest. Then continue that curl with your chest forward never bending at the waist.
